1 组Without systematic task planning, team members had inconsistent understanding of tasks and arbitrary time estimations, leading to project delays and resource waste. Task descriptions were vague, making progress tracking difficult.
By planning tasks using User Stories and the INVEST principles, tasks are clearly broken down, described, and estimated. Team members have a shared understanding of task goals and scope, improving collaboration efficiency and project predictability.
