Before / After Comparison

1
Before

Stand-up meetings were too long, discussions went off-topic, and members' speeches were verbose, leading to low meeting efficiency, delayed team information synchronization, and even fatigue.

After

By following the '3-question format' (What did you do yesterday? What do you plan to do today? What obstacles did you encounter?), stand-up meeting times are strictly controlled within 15 minutes. This makes meetings highly focused, allows team members to quickly synchronize progress and issues, and improves collaboration efficiency and team transparency.
