Steps

List externally shared files:
gws drive files list --params '{"q": "visibility = '\''anyoneWithLink'\''"}' -
Check permissions on a file:
gws drive permissions list --params '{"fileId": "FILE_ID"}' -
Revoke if needed:
gws drive permissions delete --params '{"fileId": "FILE_ID", "permissionId": "PERM_ID"}'
